Elijah and I celebrated Earth Day with a chilly visit to our favorite park. We didn't spend the day planting trees, but I tried to be extra mindful of our carbon footprint and I recommitted myself to conserving and recycling as much as possible. On this day, we were especially grateful for beautiful trees, muddy puddles and piles of sand.
