We are in the midst of a lazy holiday weekend and the slow pace suits us well. We made a conscious decision to stay in and have enjoyed some much needed family time.
Elijah just received a set of Matchbox cars and we have been racing them across the dining room floor. We used by childhood blocks to make seating for the spectators, and the Playmobile girl is our referee.
Nothing beats a quiet weekend home with my boys.
